Sexual Harassment Training That Goes Beyond Compliance
The law just got a lot less forgiving. From October 2026, employers won’t just need to show they took reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment. They’ll need to show they took all reasonable steps, including protecting people from harassment by clients, contractors and suppliers, not just colleagues. And a one-off course won’t cut it. Training needs to change what people notice, say and do.
That means looking beyond the training itself. Understanding where the risks sit. Training people differently depending on their role. Making sure managers know what to do when something happens. Creating reporting routes people trust. And keeping the evidence to show what you’ve done.

How It Works

The Review
We start by looking at what’s already there: your policies, reporting channels, HR data, employee survey results, and the culture underneath all of it. Then we conduct a full risk assessment, in the context of your organisation’s shape, size, and sector, to build an honest picture of where you actually stand.
The Workshops
Then we tailor the training to the knowledge, skills, and confidence that matter most to each group:
- HR gets practical, hands on support to update your policies and processes, and a proper grasp of what the law now requires.
- Senior leaders look at the example they set, the culture they shape, and what’s really at stake if this goes wrong.
- Managers build the confidence to handle the real conversations, and the reporting moments, that might come up.
- Staff explore how harassment behaviours show up in the context of an open and supportive learning environment with trained facilitators.
Everyone leaves with a certificate of attendance, so your evidence trail builds itself as we go.
Making It Last
This is where it gets flexible. Some organisations want us to stay close, so we offer 12 months of top up support to keep momentum going. Others want to run with it themselves, so we set you up with train the trainer sessions, toolkits that help managers keep these conversations alive in house, and bespoke video case studies built around your own risks, so the training stays relevant long after we’ve left the room.
Example sexual harassment workshop
Delivered through trauma informed facilitation, covering explicit harassment and the subtler behaviours harder to name, so people feel challenged, not caught off guard.
Why It Matters. We set the scene: how common harassment is, why it goes unaddressed, and why the law now expects more.
What It Looks Like. Some harassment is unmistakable. Other behaviour is harder to spot, and that’s where people hesitate. We work through both, building the confidence to know what to do next.
The Law in Practice. We translate the Worker Protection Act 2023 and Employment Rights Act 2025 into plain English. The focus isn’t just what’s legal, but what’s safe, respectful, and expected of everyone.
Fine Lines. Case studies and, optionally, actor led sessions build more than recognition: managers practise what to do next, how to respond, when to escalate, and how to handle a disclosure using your organisation’s own policy.
The Human Impact. We draw on anonymised accounts and tribunal cases, showing what harassment costs people and organisations.
Bystander Intervention. We teach the 5 Ds of active bystander intervention, then managers practise them in scenarios that pause at the decision point, with actors adapting live.
Story Cards. An immersive card game where participants build short stories from every angle: target, instigator, bystander, organisation, linking learning to action.
Action Planning. We close with an open Q&A followed by reflection and commitment: personal next steps, and actions leaders can use.
