- Inappropriate conduct
How to Facilitate Meaningful Conversations on Race
Race is a topic that gives the majority of people high levels of discomfort in the workplace. Even when we are talking about race in the workplace, those conversations may not be linked to tangible objectives.
To get to a stage where individuals are comfortable on the topic of race, organisations need to take action. Download the toolkit below for five steps on how to facilitate meaningful conversations on race in the workplace.DOWNLOAD TOOLKIT
All about the toolkit...
What is a Toolkit?
The toolkit is a simple five-stage activity that can be facilitated with your team to put race on the agenda.
How does it work?
Each stage of the activity consists of simple, step-by-step instructions so it’s easy to use by anyone, in any sector, face-to-face or remotely. The activities allow plenty of chance for group discussion and reflection.
Once downloaded, the toolkit will automatically open. Save to your desktop, grab a cuppa and get started on the five steps!
Are there any other Toolkits?
Yes! We have other Toolkits available which can be used as mini-training sessions, conversation starters or self-reflection tools. Download the Wellbeing & Mental Health Toolkit or our Manager’s for Remote Working Toolkit.
