Our Training Programmes
Equality Diversity & Inclusion for Everyone
Creating a space for your people to explore what we really mean by ‘diversity and inclusion’ and why it’s relevant to everyone of us, is a great starting point for any organisation. This customisable course, whether enhanced with actors or without, is designed to be a catalyst of a series of light-bulb moments: the contribution we make to the culture of our team, the diversity of our networks, and when we might unintentionally display non-inclusive behaviours…
Managing Diversity & Inclusion
This workshop takes managers on a learning journey. We engage attendees emotionally, raise self-awareness, explore diversity and inclusion in the context of our roles as people leaders and scope practical actions that look internally (at personal development), as well as externally (to build a more inclusive team.)
The course can be amended to align with the seniority or experience of your management team, and case studies or live acted scenarios can be handpicked to help meet specific learning objectives…
Diversity & Inclusion Strategy Masterclass
It is the role of senior leaders to create a robust D&I strategy and lead by example. This facilitated workshop will help leaders reflect on the subject as a whole, consider what your organisation is doing well, and where there are opportunities to more fully embrace the diversity of your workforce.
To make best use of time, we recommend the programme is customised for your organisation and delivered in the context of your culture, strategy, demographics, values, processes, successes and challenges…
We offer Unconscious Bias awareness-raising training programmes through to advance masterclasses, as well as programmes that explore Unconscious Bias in the context of recruitment, customer service or leadership.
We can also support you with post-training embedded strategies to help you drive long-lasting change, and consultancy to ensure your processes are set up to support the change you want to see…
There’s no doubt that in order to move a diversity and inclusion strategy in the right direction, you need leaders who can confidently role model inclusive behaviours and proactively build a happy, harmonious and communicative team.
That’s where Inclusive Leadership training comes in. We can offer awareness sessions through to modular leadership training solutions delivered through the lens of diversity and inclusion.
For organisation looking to nurture and embed inclusive leadership skills, consider enhancing training with one-to-one coaching for maximum effect…
Conscious Inclusion for Managers
This modular, flagship programme is delivered as four half-day modules over 3-6 months. It’s been carefully crafted to take delegates on a journey to conscious inclusion by placing a strong focus on immediately and consistently using what is learned in the training room in a real world context.
Modules include: Managing EDI; Courageous Conversations (with live actors); Unconscious Bias; Inclusive Leadership (with live actors.) Managers are equipped with interactive tools to help cascade the learning to their teams along the way…
One of the biggest challenges for people to face, is finding the balance between allowing a bit of banter amongst colleagues and nipping inappropriate behaviour or comments in the bud. Not only do many people lack confidence in where ‘the line’ is, they do not have the skills to have constructive conversations, about what are often sensitive subjects.
Many of us won’t have stopped to consider how impromptu team meetings, long written memos, and open-plan offices might exclude individuals within our team. This programme provides an opportunity to see and feel our way around seemingly ‘normal’ workplace experiences through the lens of people with neurological differences.
