The Culture & Belonging Journal is designed to support meaningful, ongoing personal development around inclusion. It provides space to pause and reflect on the influences, assumptions and habits that shape how you show up at work, helping you approach situations with greater awareness and intention.
The full journal contains 12 sections, each focusing on a different aspect of inclusive practice, including psychological safety, empathy and sustaining change. As you work through the material, you’re encouraged to observe your experiences more closely, reflect on the impact of your actions and develop deliberate, practical changes that grow over time.
The journal is flexible by design. Available digitally or as a printed hardback, it can be used as a standalone reflection tool for individuals or integrated alongside training to support delegates throughout their learning journey – reinforcing insights, deepening reflection and helping embed inclusive behaviours long after the workshop ends. We can also work with you to create a bespoke version aligned with your organisation’s specific people development priorities.
