Certsure has a consistent goal to move up The Times Best Companies rankings and appreciate the role the management team play in developing employee engagement, and in building the business.
This is a business where marginal gains are critical in its development. The Group HR Manager sought out a company that would design a management training programme that would provide the development the business needed. When RightTrack proposed analysing the Best Companies reports and design a training programme that linked directly with specific ranking-relevant areas, Certsure had found the solution. From there Certsure’ s own five-modular management programme, ‘ Leading the Way’ , was born. The programme was submitted to Institute of Leadership & Management, and delivered as a recognised Development Award.
