Ukie: Unconscious Bias Training with Actors
RightTrack delivered an interactive, in-house unconscious bias training programme for Ukie, who wanted to better understand the biases that are often hidden but still very much present and highly influential. But this wasn’t any ordinary training, this was a workshop with actors – a high-impact, goose-bump-inducing learning experience.
We are super-happy with the results of the training too:
- As a result of their Unconscious Bias workshop, the number of Ukie staff who rated their level of knowledge and understanding of unconscious bias as ‘knowledgeable’ or ‘extremely knowledgeable’ increased from 52% to 100%
- 73% of attendees specifically mentioned the actors’ role-play as the most impactful element of the programme.
- 94% of Ukie staff said that they would recommend this programme to others
