Join us on 23rd November as RightTrack’s Head of Research, Design & Transformation, Jess Sandham, explores the topic of Collaborative Communication in partnership with Inclusive Companies.

This free, interactive webinar will discuss the different ways in which we communicate and share information, revealing how communication is constantly evolving and what this means for organisations as new and increasingly diverse generations of people enter the world of work.

Hybrid and virtual working present new challenges for inclusive communication, so we will delve into communication styles across a range of differences including culture, age, and neurodivergence, sharing practical tools to help make communication in the workplace more inclusive.

Communicating through conflict can create obstacles and tensions that, if not managed, can diminish feelings of belonging. During this session, we will also e’ll share a couple of tools to support these conversations, to help make them more positive and productive, by reframing conflict as an opportunity for healthy challenge. We’ll close by summarising a framework for better communication, and then open the session for Q&A.

We explore:

  • The ever-evolving subject of communication
  • Communicating through conflict
  • The challenges of hybrid and virtual working for inclusive communication

What's in a Name?

Everyone’s name tells a story. But how much care do you take to learn a name, pronounce it right and connect with others over the simple exchange of a word?

“This was really well put together training. It was thought provoking and a good balance of engaging and informative.” Kelly Weston, Owner, Makes It Happen

Andy Johnson, Govia Thames Railway

“It is the first time I’ve done a training course online and my focus was very much on the training. Paula delivered a really great training course that held our interest all the way through. I’ve certainly learned things that I’m going to take with me and give me a new way of thinking in my day-to-day job.”

Equality, Diversity & Inclusion

We take delight in smashing the ‘Diversity & Inclusion training is boring’ myth out of the park. With three decades of experience, a family of training specialists, facilitators, coaches, actors and script-writers, we’re ready to create goose-bump moments that will make a difference.
