The two-hour session will uncover how managers can both build a robust and effective team dynamic and nurture a supportive work environment.

Participants will be immersed in a scenario that unfolds in two gripping parts, mirroring the challenges managers often encounter. From battling with distinct work approaches to addressing communication conflicts within a team, the narrative provides a compelling lens through which participants will analyse and reflect on their own management practices. Participants will grapple with tough decisions, and we’ll share a powerful framework to encourage productive and respectful dialogues.
