Sexual harassment damages people, teams, and trust in organisations. It isn’t always obvious, and it isn’t always reported, but when it’s ignored, the effects are serious. From reputational risk to legal responsibility, employers are expected to act.
This training creates the space to talk honestly about harassment: what it looks like in real life, how it impacts people, and what to do about it. Participants will leave with practical tools to recognise the line, step in when needed, and create a workplace where people feel safe and respected, rooted in a deep understanding of individual and organisational responsibilities under the Worker Protection Act 2023 and Employment Rights Act 2025.
If you’re looking for a tailored sexual harassment workshop for Senior Leaders, take a look at this outline.

This Sexual Harassment Training workshop is available with actors. Here’s a snippet of our actors in action…
Why It Matters: We start by asking participants to respond to statements and scenarios in real time, using tools like Mentimeter or facilitated discussion. This highlights how common harassment is, why it often goes unchecked, and why stronger protections now exist in law.
What It Looks Like: We explore examples of both overt and subtle harassment, using scenarios that reflect real workplace situations. Participants discuss in groups: Is this harassment? Is it banter? Does it depend? These conversations highlight the complexities and encourage reflection on assumptions and blind spots.
The Law in Practice: We explain the Worker Protection Act 2023 and Employment Rights Act 2025 in plain terms, connecting rights and responsibilities directly to workplace realities. The focus is not just on what’s legal, but on what’s safe, respectful, and expected.
Fine Lines: Through case studies and optional actor-led roleplays, participants examine workplace situations where intent and impact collide. They test responses, question the characters involved, and try different approaches to see how outcomes change. These scenarios include grey areas, challenging participants to reflect critically on their assumptions and biases.
How this looks with actors:
Participants observe actors performing scenarios involving sexual harassment, including subtle behaviours and boundary-crossing behaviours. They will engage directly with the actors to discuss possible actions and reflect on the nuances of these situations.
The Human Impact: Anonymised survivor accounts or live-acted scenes show how harassment affects individuals and teams. Participants reflect on these stories, considering the perspectives of the person targeted, the bystander, and the organisation.
Bystander Intervention: We introduce the 5 Ds of Active Bystander intervention to step in safely and effectively when harassment is happening. Short scenarios let participants practise the skill, pausing at decision points to test out responses and explore consequences.
How this looks with actors:
Our actors will perform short scenarios depicting situations where bystander intervention is needed. Each scenario pauses at a critical decision point, allowing participants to discuss how they would respond. The actors then adapt in real time based on the participants’ input.
Story Cards Activity: Using prompts on cards, participants build short workplace stories from multiple perspectives (target, instigator, bystander, organisation). This creative exercise links the session’s learning to concrete solutions and actions.
Action Planning and Reflection: The session closes with individual reflection and group discussion. Participants commit to immediate personal steps and consider what their organisation can do to build a culture of accountability. These action plans can be shared with leaders to support meaningful change.
