We offer a range of options including length of session, regularity and location (in-person or virtual). And despite coaching often being considered a one-to-one methodology, group coaching is an excellent approach for Leadership teams who need to move forward together.
Best of all, our complimentary Coach-Coachee Matching Service allows individuals to handpick their own coach based on a range of factors including goals, challenges, sector, level of seniority and preferred learning style.
Executive Coaching: What to Expect?
Whilst one-off sessions can be booked, a series is the best way to get results. We’ll work with you to agree ideal duration and cadence (with 75-min slots and 3-weeks between each meeting often being the ‘sweet spot’ for one-to-one sessions.) Coaches are happy to travel but virtual is no doubt the most cost and time efficient!
One-on-one executive coaching offers opportunity for deep personal growth whilst group coaching provides a collaborative space to work though shared workplace challenges, gaining fresh insight from peers. Which ever approach you choose, we’ll invite you to select a coach from a team of seven, all bringing different experience, methodologies, and frameworks to what is always a tailored, practical and results-driven development experience.
