After 30 years designing training for companies sector-wide, it’s safe to say we have a Library’s worth of ready-to-use resource…
Our learning resources are ready to be molded into any size or shaped training programme, just for you. Many of our customers have internal training teams, who don’t have the experience, or time, to design creative, high-impact learning programmes. That’s where we come in! We can create, brand and ‘manualise’ any training programme for your trainers to pick up and deliver, just like that.
Training manuals are training programmes written as a step-by-step guide that can be picked up by any learning and development specialist and delivered to a group of delegates. They are ready-made training resources that can be used time and time again. They can even come with ideas of how to customise for different groups sizes or audiences and ways to embed and evaluate the learning. Ready made and ready to go.
By working with you to familiarise with existing training, internal processes and ‘the way things are done around here’ so we become an extension of your training team. We brand and customise the training, so it walks your walk and talks your talk.
We give you the opportunity to comment and evolve content along the way. The final version is provided to you in an editable, step by step training manual accompanied with a full complement of slides, workbooks, handouts and resources.
Depending on the experience of your training team, we can hand everything over or give your trainers training, so they are confident at facilitating the programme from the get-go. When required, we observe the first live delivery of the programme and provide feedback and coaching – in order to make sure it’s delivered perfectly.
We are on hand for as long as you’d like to help evaluate and embed, to design new modules, to tailor content for different teams; to ensure you get the results you are looking for.
