Wellbeing Toolkit
After a heart-warming response to Managers’ Toolkit Part 1 (released during lockdown), we put a call out asking what organisations needed next. An overwhelming 70% of respondents said supporting the wellbeing of staff was a priority as we continue to navigate change.
Each of the 9 tools can be used as self-reflection activities, or by managers with their team. They are practical, flexible and empowering. You can download them now, for free. All we ask in return is that you share them with others.

What is a Toolkit?
The Toolkit is made up of a series of practical tools designed to be used as mini training sessions, conversation starters, or self-reflection activities, in-company by managers, team leaders or anyone else designated to support others.
How does it work?
Each tool consists of simple, step-by-step instructions so it’s easy to use by anyone, in any sector, face-to-face or remotely. It has been designed so that tools do not need to be delivered in order so you can prioritise the learning to meet the needs of your team, which will no doubt change over time.
Are there any other Toolkits?
Yes! We offer a suite of 14 and counting Toolkits available to use within team meetings, one-to-ones, inductions, and more! Check out our available Diversity and Inclusion Training Toolkits here.
What are people saying?
“Managers are trying to support themselves and their teams the best they can through challenging times but deep down many are, or soon will be, struggling. When RightTrack approached me for input on what kind of resource would be most helpful I immediately identified: feelings of isolation and disconnection; morale and motivation; managing remotely; and mental health and well-being, as the areas we urgently need help to address.
Having a set of practical, easy-to-use tools that help us proactively address both the practical and emotional issues we’re experiencing will be lifesaving. I can’t thank you enough.”
