12 months ago, we announced that we were shortlisted for three categories in the Learning Excellence Awards; an initiative which celebrates organisations and talent in learning and development.
Well, this year we are honoured and over the moon to announce that RightTrack Learning has been shortlisted in (drum roll, please!)…. FIVE categories!
The categories we are finalists in are:

RightTrack Learning & Cardiff Metropolitan University
Following a bespoke culture diagnostic where sports students and staff were surveyed to gather insights on culture, RightTrack Learning designed a targeted training programme, aimed to change the culture within the university’s students sports clubs. The solution included a culture audit, a full day training workshop with actors, professionally recorded scenarios featuring student actors and training toolkits to embed the learning.
Club & Workforce Development Officer, Keira Davies said, “For us, we really wanted to make a difference. We want to benefit the students whilst they’re here. We want to benefit their career prospects, benefit their confidence, their skills, their qualities, and we just want our clubs to be the best they can be…Their future selves dealing with the problems are going to be so much better as a result of today.”

Working closely with Coventry Building Society, we created a ‘Together Braver’ programme, focusing on senior leaders’, managers’ and diversity champions’ journey to courageous conversations. The high-impact training solution, which supported their wider diversity and inclusion strategy, was enhanced with bespoke, recorded scenarios based on real situations and brought to life by professional actors, 3 interactive blended learning modules and 8 tailored training toolkits.
