On Tuesday 8th July, our Managing Director Claudia and Founder Kasmin had the pleasure of attending the prestigious British Training Awards 2025 in London. It was an inspiring evening spent alongside some innovative and impactful organisations in the learning and development space.

RightTrack Learning was shortlisted in the L&D Provider of the Year (<20 employees) category and Financial Services Initiative of the Year for our collaboration with Coventry Building Society. While we didn’t take home the top prize, we were honoured to receive a ‘Highly Commended’ mention as L&D Provider of the Year.
Being recognised in such a competitive field, amongst organisations who are all driving change and growth through learning, is something we are exceptionally proud of!
“Thrilled to share that we’ve picked up our fourth award recognition this year! To receive ‘highly commended’ in such a competitive category at the prestigious British Training Awards is a real win in my book!

Take a look at the award-winning training solution with Coventry Building Society:
In a sector often viewed as traditional, Together Braver broke new ground. This modular diversity and inclusion training programme was co-designed with Coventry Building Society to create a psychologically safe, learner-led experience.
We embraced flexible learning by blending virtual, and in-person sessions with recorded actor scenarios and training toolkits – all underpinned by real conversations and lived experiences. The result? A powerful, practical journey that encouraged brave discussions and supported genuine cultural change.
It’s a brilliant reminder that DEI training, when tailored and embedded well, really works!
