The Learning Excellence Awards celebrates an array of outstanding organisations in Learning & Development, and we are delighted (ecstatic, proud, over the moon, thrilled…) to announce that RightTrack Learning has been shortlisted as Learning Excellence Awards finalists in not one, not two but three award categories!
Working closely with NHS England we created a suite of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion awareness programmes enhanced with scenarios based on real situations and brought to life by professional actors. Workshops give delegates an opportunity to understand a range of perspectives, see and feel the impact of different behaviours, and explore techniques to handle different situations and conversations. The success of the programme led to growing demand, prompting requests for delivery to other organisations within the healthcare industry.
The categories for which we have been shortlisted are:
- Health, Medical, Pharmaceutical and Social Care Sector: For our ‘Building an Inclusive Culture within the NHS workforce’ project, in collaboration with NHS England
- Outstanding Training Course/Initiative
- Outstanding External Provider
Vicci Whelan, Customer Experience Director, who has been pivotal in the decade-long partnership with NHS England (formerly Health Education England) said: “I am immensely proud that RightTrack Learning have been named as finalists in the Learning Excellence Awards. I have had the pleasure of working with NHS England for over 10 years and I’m so excited that the work we have been doing to help champion diversity and build an inclusive culture has been recognised. It is testament to the partnership we have built with our wonderful colleagues at NHS England, and to the hard work everyone puts into make the initiative a success.”
The winners of the Learning Excellence Awards will be announced in April 2024. What a way to wrap up an incredible 2023!
