Yes, you read it right…we’ve been shortlisted for the Personnel Today L&D Supplier of the Year Award; an initiative that celebrates the very best in HR and learning and development.
Fresh from winning a Learning Excellence Award for Outstanding Provider in April, we are thrilled to be in the running for this prestigious award.
Jess Sandham, Head of Learning Innovation and D&I Specialist, shared her thoughts: “With all the recent news about D&I initiatives losing funding, we’re over the moon to be finalists in these prestigious awards. It highlights that the right approach to diversity and inclusion can truly transform workplace culture.
“Every day we collaborate with organisations keen to invest in their people, nurture talent and commit to D&I initiatives but they are often met with challenges like ‘how can we implement a training solution that does drive meaningful impact, and with all the negative press around diversity training in the media, how can we overcome setbacks and change negative perceptions to achieve our vision?’
“By working closely with fantastic clients, we create tailor-made solutions grounded in extensive research. This helps us develop customised content, scenarios and follow-up resources that are relevant to each individual organisation’s unique needs.
“While traditional D&I training often falls short, our data-driven, people-centric approach leads to real inclusivity and culture change.”
