Train the Trainer Development Programmes
We are so proud of our team of Learning & Development Specialists that we created the Academy for Trainers.
This is done so that other organisations can feel the same way about their training team, as we do about ours. Being a fabulous trainer is far more than understanding Kolb’s learning styles and VAK! Our trainer training courses explore everything from the essentials, to facilitation skills, experiential learning, designing training manuals and training small groups or individuals. And once you’re trained up your trainers, talk to us about the training manual design service we provide so your new training teams can start delivery immediately.
Programmes can be delivered in isolation, or as part of a strategy to implement a soft-skills development project whilst managing cost. All programmes are ILM approved development programmes.
