For the second year running, RightTrack Learning were crowned winners at the Learning Excellence Awards.
At Leonardo St Paul’s Hotel on Tuesday 22nd April 2025, we were honoured to be finalists for five awards, across four different categories and we’re thrilled to share that we walked away with three incredible wins, including a sector win and two awards of merit!
How good does that sound?!

The Awards We Took Home
- Sector Winner – Financial and Professional Services for our ‘Together Braver’ collaboration with Coventry Building Society
- Gold Award of Merit – Outstanding Course/Initiative with Coventry Building Society
- Sector Award of Merit – Education for our ‘Changing the Culture’ collaboration with Cardiff Metropolitan University
Accepting the awards on behalf of RightTrack Learning was Customer Experience Director, Vicci Whelan, alongside our wonderful client representatives who made these collaborations so meaningful. Vicci commented:
“These awards are a celebration of the powerful partnerships we’ve built and the impact we’ve created together. I’m so proud of the team, actors, trainers and clients, who have worked so hard to bring these learning experiences to life. This recognition echoes that diversity and inclusion initiatives continue to matter and the impact that we’re seeing on the ground prove that inclusive cultures don’t just happen by accident, they’re built with intention. We are so honoured to be part of that journey!
“A huge congratulations as well to all the other incredible organisations who were shortlisted and took home awards. It was inspiring to see so many brilliant companies being recognised for the positive change they’re driving in learning and development.”
Take a look at the projects that we have been recognised for…
Project: Together Braver with Coventry Building Society
WINNER – Sector Winner: Financial and Professional Services
GOLD AWARD OF MERIT – Outstanding Course/Initiative
In a sector often viewed as traditional, Together Braver broke new ground. This modular diversity and inclusion training programme was co-designed with Coventry Building Society to create a psychologically safe, learner-led experience.
We embraced flexible learning by blending virtual, and in-person sessions with recorded actor scenarios and training toolkits – all underpinned by real conversations and lived experiences. The result? A powerful, practical journey that encouraged brave discussions and supported genuine cultural change.
It’s a brilliant reminder that DEI training, when tailored and embedded well, really works!
Project: ‘Changing the Culture’ with Cardiff Metropolitan University
SECTOR AWARD OF MERIT – Education
This collaborative project with Cardiff Metropolitan University brought together academic and professional services staff with students to unpack real issues around unconscious bias in sports clubs.
Featuring a full day workshop, live professional actors, recorded scenarios using student actors, and training toolkits, this initiative helped kick-start conversations and equipped delegates to take ownership of cultural change.
Again, this award win highlights that DEI training isn’t just ticking a box, it’s shaping a more inclusive culture.
A massive thank you to the Learning Excellence Awards for a wonderful night!
Whether it’s sparking courageous conversations, shifting mindsets, or building belonging, these award-winning projects show that DEI training is still a powerful force for change.
