This toolkit of activities has been designed to help managers facilitate meaningful conversations with their teams, to recognise their strengths and use them as the foundation for a healthy culture. It offers prompts, examples, and tools to spark dialogue and agree on small, practical shifts. The aim is to build trust and connection through visible actions that bring everyone on the Culture Reset journey.
