Hey, we’re on a roll here! Fresh from winning three awards at the Learning Excellence Awards in April, we’re thrilled to announce that we’ve been shortlisted in two categories at the British Training Awards 2025 — L&D Provider of the Year (<20 employees) and Financial Services Initiative of the Year, the latter in collaboration with Coventry Building Society.

This latest recognition is a true honour, especially given that over 360 entries were submitted from organisations across the UK. The British Training Awards are designed to discover and celebrate the teams and individuals who are truly passionate about learning and development’s role in building a thriving, future-ready workforce.
The winners will be announced at a special awards ceremony in Covent Garden, London on 8th July. We’re looking forward to what promises to be an inspiring celebration of learning and development excellence across the UK.

Take a look at the award-winning training solution with Coventry Building Society:
In a sector often viewed as traditional, Together Braver broke new ground. This modular diversity and inclusion training programme was co-designed with Coventry Building Society to create a psychologically safe, learner-led experience.
We embraced flexible learning by blending virtual, and in-person sessions with recorded actor scenarios and training toolkits – all underpinned by real conversations and lived experiences. The result? A powerful, practical journey that encouraged brave discussions and supported genuine cultural change.
It’s a brilliant reminder that DEI training, when tailored and embedded well, really works!
