Free TRAINING TOOLKITS Practical Support in Challenging Times

6 specialists. 4 actors. 7 topics. 30 tools. 106 pages. And 2 toolkits…

They are practical, flexible, empowering, scalable and sustainable. And you can download them now, for free. All we ask in return is that you share them with others.

When lockdown happened and all face-to-face training was put on hold, we had time on our hands. We offered our services free of charge, to organisations struggling to support employees battling with the changes and challenges thrown in their paths. The response was bigger than we could ever have expected.

Upon speaking with NHS Trusts, Social Housing providers, Charities, Fire & Rescue Services, as well as a long list of private sector businesses, what was needed became clear.

Instead of ad hoc virtual training programmes delivered by us, a flexible, easy-to-use training resource that equips managers (or other designated staff) with the tools they need to support themselves and their teams directly, was the ideal solution.

Since then we have continued to talk to organisations, and have launched Toolkit Part 2 focused on mental health and wellbeing.

What is a Toolkit?

The Toolkit is made up of a series of practical tools designed to be used as mini training sessions, conversation starters, or self-reflection activities, in-company by managers, team leaders or anyone else designated to support others.

How Does it Work?

Each tool consists of simple, step-by-step instructions so it’s easy to use by anyone, in any sector, face-to-face or remotely. It has been designed so that tools do not need to be delivered in order so you can prioritise the learning to meet the needs of your team, which will no doubt change over time.

What are People Saying?

“Managers are trying to support themselves and their teams the best they can through challenging times but deep down many are, or soon will be, struggling. When RightTrack approached me for input on what kind of resource would be most helpful I immediately identified: feelings of isolation and disconnection; morale and motivation; managing remotely; and mental health and well-being, as the areas we urgently need help to address.

Having a set of practical, easy-to-use tools that help us proactively address both the practical and emotional issues we’re experiencing will be lifesaving. I can’t thank you enough.”

Lisa Regan, Corporate Manager, Kent Surrey Sussex Academic Health Science Network
