Contemporary Leaders Development Programme (Blended, 6 x Half-Days)
This is a one-of-its-kind programme designed to take experienced leaders on a high-impact and comprehensive learning journey. At its core are six workshops designed as half-days to fit into busy work schedules. Built around the core content is a network of flexible learning transfer activities (1-2-1 coaching, action learning sets, webinars, and a culture diagnostic) to support both individuals, and the leadership team as a whole, to make focused, meaningful change.
7 Steps to Modern Management (7 x 1-Days)
This Institute of Leadership endorsed modular-programme can be pitched at any level. In its ‘off-the-shelf’ format it comprises seven, one-day modules designed to give attendees all the skills they need to become confident and effective, modern managers. However, its content and structure is fully customisable to suit.
The programme is designed to make a big impact. It feature an Escape Room launch, professional actors in Modules #2 and #5, a business simulation activity, and custom-written between-module learning transfer assignments. We are regularly told by customers that this programme is talked about for years after completion.
From Management to Leadership (2-Days)
This 2-day in-house programme is designed for managers who are new to people management, or established in their roles but without formal training. It can be delivered over consecutive or non-consecutive days and provides an opportunity for individuals to reflect on their own leadership strengths and opportunities for growth, whilst building confidence to communicate, performance manage and motivate effectively.
Introduction to Management (1 Day)
This one-day, fast-paced programme covers the fundamentals of people management. It is best suited to those who are early-on in their people management journey, or yet to experience any formal management and leadership development.
The programme is structured in a way that allows plenty of opportunity for individuals to understand not only ‘what’ and ‘why’ but ‘how’ to apply the learning in the context of their roles within your organisation. Action plans can be shared with delegates’ line managers for continued support and attendees are invited to engage with their trainer to ask questions after the training.
Leading for Results (6 x 1-days)
This 6 x 1-day, Institute of Leadership approved programme is for new or experienced leaders to hone their people management and leadership skills in order to engage all individuals to build exceptional teams who contribute tangibly to organisation success.
The programme is already designed to ensure individuals have opportunity to apply the learning to themselves and their own teams, however, modules can be removed or exchanged, and content is customisable to align with organisational values, relevant processes and practices, and strategic objectives.
